Shipping policy

We handle all orders within 24-48 hours and ship them out within 2-5 business days. Our business hours are as follows:

  • Monday: 10 am - 5 pm PHT
  • Tuesday: 10 am - 5 pm PHT
  • Wednesday: 10 am - 5 pm PHT
  • Thursday: 10 am - 5 pm PHT
  • Friday: 10 am - 5 pm PHT
  • Saturday: CLOSED
  • Sunday: CLOSED


Shipping and Processing Times

  • NCR: 1-2  business days
  • Luzon: 2-3 business days
  • Visayas: 3-5 business days
  • Mindanao: 5-7 business days
  • Island: 30 business days

For rush orders, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days, depending on the location.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once we forwarded it to the shipping carriers.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number provided by the shipping carrier.

International Purchases

All international purchases are final sale, and we apologize for any inconvenience. We are not responsible for any potential customs fees for international orders. To determine any fees related to packages entering your country, please consult your country's customs office. We use J&T and LBC for international shipping, which typically takes 10-15 business days.

Pre-Orders and Backorders

If you place a pre-order, you will be charged for the item and shipping at the time of your order. Once the item becomes available for shipping, we will send it to you according to your chosen shipping option. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the available items first and the rest when they become available. There will be no additional shipping and handling charges for the second shipment.

In the case of back-ordered items, we will ship the in-stock part of your order first. When the back-ordered item becomes available, we will ship the remaining part of your order. Again, no extra shipping and handling fees will be applied for the second shipment.
