Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Products that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange except in the case of a manufacturer defect. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt if you have received a defective item.
- All sales are FINAL for Event/Promo priced purchases. Any charges for shipping are non-refundable. Any store wide sale promotion is considered an Event.
- We don't extend price adjustments or partial refunds for purchases made prior to a promotion. No exceptions.
