Size Guide

The size charts provided have been carefully evaluated to ensure that accurate measurements will guarantee the correct size is ordered.

When a gymnast's measurement includes a fraction of a cm/inch, always round up to the next full cm or half inch.

Where to measure: Grab a measuring tape and have the gymnast stay still for 2 minutes!

  • Torso: Important! This is the most crucial measurement. Place the tape on the shoulder, measure from the shoulder, through the legs, and around the back to meet the shoulder where you started.
  • Chest: Place the tape close to the armpits and measure around the chest at its fullest part.
  • Waist: Place the tape at the narrowest part of the body (near the belly button) and measure all the way around.
  • Inside leg: Place the tape measure at the top of the groin and measure down to the floor.
